At Ràde Restaurant à Demeure, we offer you a unique gastronomic experience at home, recreating the atmosphere of a fine dining restaurant right in your own space. From dish preparation to table service, including the art of table setting, we take care of every detail to provide you with a memorable culinary experience.

Romain Tischenko, a chef passionate about local and seasonal products, moves away from the constraints of traditional restaurants to develop a creative cuisine that highlights the quality of ingredients and respects local terroirs. His culinary style combines simplicity and refinement, aiming to surprise and delight his guests with every dish.

We love our Burgundy terroir, but excellence can also be found elsewhere. By celebrating local products, we also open ourselves to exceptional ingredients carefully selected for their quality and authenticity, whether they come from our region or beyond.

Our Services

Going out to a restaurant can sometimes require a lot of organization: finding a babysitter, planning the return trip, and sometimes not being able to fully enjoy the evening... That’s why we offer to recreate the experience of a gourmet restaurant in your own home, allowing you to make the most of the moment with your guests, without the usual constraints.

Before each event, we collaborate with you to create a bespoke menu based on seasonal ingredients, fresh products, and your personal preferences. We offer a high-end culinary experience at home, where you won’t have to worry about a thing.

On the big day, our team arrives 2 to 3 hours before service to prepare the kitchen with our fresh ingredients and pre-prepared dishes. We set the table according to your wishes, whether with your own plates or with our elegant decor and tableware.

We start with the aperitif and appetizers, followed by the meal. You just have to relax — we take care of everything, from serving the dishes to pouring the natural wines that you can choose from our selection, or we can suggest a custom food and wine pairing based on your menu.

Once your lunch or dinner is over, we take care of the dishes and clean the kitchen, leaving it as spotless as when we arrived. This way, you can enjoy your event with complete peace of mind.

About Us

Romain Tischenko, a passionate chef, discovered his culinary vocation at a young age in Normandy. He honed his craft in prestigious establishments throughout France, such as the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, the Grand Hôtel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and at William Ledeuil's Ze Kitchen Gallery in Paris, where he worked as sous-chef for two years. In 2010, he won the first season of the TV show Top Chef, a pivotal moment in his career. He then opened his own restaurant, Le Galopin, followed by La Cave à Michel in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, where he delighted Parisians with his bistronomic cuisine for a decade.

Ioulia, on the other hand, fell in love with natural wine upon arriving in Paris in 2010, working at Coinstot Vino in the 2nd arrondissement. She refined her wine knowledge in numerous renowned bistros and wine cellars, such as Monsieur Henri, Le Lapin Blanc, La Cave à Michel, and the Michelin-starred restaurant À Table. Passionate about unique and original wines, she dedicates herself to discovering new vintages from winemakers who respect their terroir, in order to offer the best pairings with Romain's cuisine.

Their shared passion for their craft and their relentless pursuit of fine products has led them to travel beyond borders. From Latin America, particularly Mexico, to Indonesia, they have had the opportunity to explore new culinary cultures. During these international residencies, they were able to draw new gastronomic inspirations and discover innovative techniques. These enriching experiences now allow them to elevate the products of their own region, bringing a unique expertise to each dish.
